Responsibilities

Must have experience in all the phases of software development life cycle, with strong working experience in agile methodology
Design the platform architecture to scale Contact Center solutions as well as point solutions and critical capabilities
Develop efficient code to run cloud-based solutions in a resilient, secure, and scalable fashion, be it a web service, UI, or highly scalable data model

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
3-5 years experience as a software engineer
Proficient software development practices including testing (unit and functional) and code reviews
Proficient desire and ability to learn new technologies and methods of using existing technologies
Proficient understanding of core AWS services
Ability to actively speak up, collaborate and contribute ideas to the team
Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
Passionate about using technology to solve problems
Experience with GIT or equivalent version control system
Tools: MS SQL Server Mgmt Studio, Jira, SQL Developer, SOAP Client, Postman, Putty, Eclipse etc.

DevOps Engineer will perform an important role in the DevOps space, being responsible for implementation, maintenance, adoption and maturity of the IaaS/IaC for Infrastructure Automation.

Automation of provisioning platforms services utilizing Infrastructure-as-a-code methodologies.
Automate Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Chef.
Articulate in-country, regulatory and business requirements to IT process.
Worked in system centre utilities, develop IT processes.
Management of standards and policies for environment.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Infrastructure automation solutions and configuration management (Chef).
Hand on experience and good knowledge on Bitbucket,JIRA and Agile Methodologies.
Experience with cloud deployment frameworks such as Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.
Recent working experience in one of the following languages (Shell, Powershell,Groovy).
Design and develop a continuous deployment pipeline, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
Need to support release during night one per month.

Skills That Will Help You In The Role

Deep domain expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, PaaS, Serverless, API Management, Security, Storage, Networking, OSS).
Understand how to automate builds and deployment for all lifecycles - from development through production within a Continuous Delivery model.
