Your responsibilities
Conduct or coordinate complex analyses and develops recommendations based on sound technology or engineering practices and business considerations.
Support strategic technology direction in own organization through own work and by proposing innovative technology development, application and solutions. Maintain awareness of state-of-art technology and market trends affecting company products and services and recommend appropriate actions in response.
Apply a variety of accepted scientific principles and technology concepts as well as having the resourcefulness to apply new methodologies and technologies to projects and problems. Submit invention disclosures and implement creative ideas based on customer needs.
Ensure knowledge of ABB technology strategies relevant to own area of expertise and applies to assigned projects. Serve as a consultant to management and customers regarding projects, initiative and advanced technical studies, advises on their potential application and the resolution of complex problems.
Monitor and develop IP strategies within own area of expertise based on good understanding of IP strategies and competitors’ patents in relevant ABB domains.
Act as a mentor within own organization and strives to develop others and transfer skills and knowledge, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
Your background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering from a reputed institution.
Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in developing enterprise grade software on .Net core and Microservices.
Strong understanding and experience on Container Orchestration frameworks such as Kuber-netes and technologies around it like Service Mesh, Serverless.
