Responsibilities
Must have experience in all the phases of software development life cycle, with strong working experience in agile methodology
Design the platform architecture to scale Contact Center solutions as well as point solutions and critical capabilities
Develop efficient code to run cloud-based solutions in a resilient, secure, and scalable fashion, be it a web service, UI, or highly scalable data model
Experience in working with different databases, and writing simple to complex queries will be added advantage
Good domain knowledge of CRM, E-Commerce will be added advantage
Experience in working with performance requirements will be desired
Should be a good team player and individual contributor with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have experience working in the complex architectural landscapes
Must be goal-oriented and customer-focused, willing to take up new challenges
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
3-5 years experience as a software engineer
Proficient software development practices including testing (unit and functional) and code reviews
Proficient desire and ability to learn new technologies and methods of using existing technologies
Proficient understanding of core AWS services
Ability to actively speak up, collaborate and contribute ideas to the team
Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
Passionate about using technology to solve problems
Experience with GIT or equivalent version control system
Tools: MS SQL Server Mgmt Studio, Jira, SQL Developer, SOAP Client, Postman, Putty, Eclipse etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, SAM, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, EC2, IAM)
Fluent in Python
Experience creating RESTful APIs
Experience building and interpreting data models and analytics dashboards
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and a deployment pipeline such as Jenkins
Experience with Agile development practices such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience developing SaaS applications with AWS deployments
Experience building APIs with Serverless framework
