Free Guy was such a pleasant surprise! I really didn’t think I’ll be catching this at the cinemas but after hearing the positive buzz around the film and when Reel Cinemas by Emaar sent invites for the #UAE #Premiere at #DolbyCinema, I was definitely intrigued. Ryan Reynolds plays a character that’s not so different from the wise-cracking & sarcastic persona that he has decided to embrace off-late (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it) but it’s perfect for this kind of #Film. The movie’s concept of a #VideoGame with #NPC’s becoming sentient is a brilliant hook that is genuinely well executed as a fun & offbeat romantic comedy.
