    Key Responsibilities

    Responsible for day-to-day production management activities including triage and restoration of service of P1 to P4 priority incidents, problems, service requests.
    Prioritizes work to meet SLA commitments.
    Communicates incidents, problems and escalations to internal and external partners. Escalates issues as required.
    Leverage extensive technical and/or business knowledge of multiple areas (technical, business, applications, etc.) in support of production management activities
    Advises product owners on enhancements to applications to maximize operational efficiency and ensure application stability
    Acts as an acknowledged resource for less experienced staff and to assist colleagues on other teams
    Interacts with vendor consultants to identify and implement solutions for optimizing operating efficiency of production systems and processes

    Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

    Required:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or other related field, or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
    4-7 years Platform Support experience, or comparable business and technical experience, with System Development Life Cycle knowledge and experience, or comparable methodologies.
    Ability to quickly understand the Business context of the Platform as well as the overall technical architecture.
    Experience with Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or other workflow/routing design tools).
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail, as well as professionalism and time/task management skills; ability to establish strong working relationships.
    Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment to achieve a shared goa

    Coordinate and facilitate exchange meetings to determine needs of customers, as well as to determine the impact of changes
    Collaborate with Visual/UI team to create wireframes for the user stories and review them with users and gather feedback

    Participate as a member of the development team
    Improve and expand knowledge and skills sets with regards to current trends and changes in software development industry and be up to date with latest design trends
    Proactively contribute to the quality of the product by seeking and proposing new or alternate approaches to address the requirements
    Participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, scrum meetings and other agile activities
    Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
    Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
    Qualifications:
    5+ years of relevant applications/systems requirements and modeling experience.
    3+ years of experience on the technical aspects of applications development projects through the full system development life cycle.
    Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
    Experience in modern requirement gathering techniques, including creation of user stories, epics, and themes.
    Experience with agile, iterative cycles (sprints).
