A police manhunt is underway for a gender reveal hoon who was spotted performing burnouts in a suburban street, billowing clouds of blue exhaust smoke into the air.

Queensland Police have released footage of a red Holden Commodore spinning its wheels in Logan, south of Brisbane, about 11.25am Saturday as part of gender-reveal party.

The unusual take on the tradition - which typically involves expectant parents popping balloons to be showered in either pink or blue confetti - was carried out over multiple Marsden streets in front of a crowd of delighted spectators.

'The vehicle conducted a 'burn-out' on Burrinjuck Street and then Timberlee Drive,' a Queensland Police Service statement said.

'[This] created excessive noise and blue smoke which obstructed the visibility of other motorists on the public roadway.'

Police said a group of people gathered nearby taking photos and videos.

Officers have launched an investigation the dangerous operation of the vehicle and are appealing for anyone with information about the identify the driver to come forward.

Footage of the incident has gone viral, racking up more than 1400 reactions since it was shared on the Queensland Police Facebook page on Wednesday, with many were amused by the brazen stunt.

'Gives a new meaning to 'boys in blue", one person joked.

'Guess the driver won't be their to see the birth!' another added.

'Give the driver a job as a driver instructor at a racetrack. Poor choice of venue for a reveal, but brilliantly executed,' a third said.

It is not the first time parents-to-be have gone viral after opting for an unconventional gender-reveal ceremony.

In May, a couple from Sydney's west asked a Turkish restaurant to inscribe the gender of their baby on a plate hidden beneath a mound of kebab meat and chips to unveil the sex to their loved ones.

Nothing about #TheDoOver is really gripping, its series of gags upon gags for the #AdamSandler second movie with Netflix. Upon reflection though, Sandler and #DavidSpade just don't seem to care. Apart from the obvious answer of money, why would someone put their name in this movie? It's mediocre, there's no love in trying to make the viewer laugh and the five-star rating Netflix give it on their platform is deceptive conduct at its finest. However, the storyline seems just okay. Since it is not fresh enough, they did not even overuse the concept to build a plot with clichés. Kind of guessable twists, but it will work for most of the people. Better stunt sequences for such a comedy flick. Good performances and it was a smooth sail according to the film's pace. The director and Sandler had given a few good comedies back then, and this fresh collaboration was decent. I mean if you consider how simple the plot is then its just average movie. The Do-Over doesn’t try new things it tries to do same old Sandler with some improvement, while it doesn’t work because old Sandler movies cant exists in the new world, they are silly, a dumb comedy with adult jokes filled in nowadays that happens in a movie is deemed as bad. I think only positive you can focus on is that it is a huge improvement over the first movie with Netflix, #Ridiculous6 and nothing else.

A lot of speculations were against #Nobody to be an impressive clone to #JohnWick. While that may be so in a way but for me, Nobody was original as John Wick's first film was. Most of that comparison are unwanted and unnecessary. Yes, there is a highly trained spy involved, Russian mob is involved and even secret organizations is but Nobody still manages to be original. #BobOdenkirk really deserves praise for their contribution as Hutch in Nobody. The guy really shines and I adored Bob from his iconic role as Saul Goodman. I am happy for him getting a film of this caliber. The rest of the cast is like the film’s title apart from #ChristopherLloyd who plays the on-screen father of Hutch. Nobody follows Hutch (Odenkirk) who intervenes in a situation on the bus that threatens his mundane family man's life. It's not a John Wick rip-off. It's similar in some ways, part of the story and part of the fight choreography. For me, that's it. To be honest, I thought the action would be as smooth as Wick, but it's not. I am not saying that's a bad thing it's what helps set it apart. The fight scenes are thrilling, bloody, gruesome, and they never hold back. The action works amazingly with the setting they take place in and works around their environment beautifully. The stunts are choreographed gorgeously, Bob Odenkirk even does his own stunts. The film is over the top and completely ridiculous. The villain is super weak, while there isn't much character development and the entertaining aspect of Bob Odenkirk's "everyday" man fades by Act 3 as he reveals he has a "certain set of skills" that most of us regular people don't possess. The movie possesses some of the nicest songs and tunes. Overall, watch it for Bob Odenkirk as Nobody.
