Job Description:
Overall, 7+ years of IT experience out of which at least 3 years in supporting Appian BPM solutions.
Experience with Postman for troubleshooting API related issues.
Experience working with a ticketing system like Jira or ServiceNow
Self-starter and good communicator. Builds personal knowledge and gives the leads more insight if and when their attention is needed.
Ability and willingness to understand, accept, and adhere to Runbook and documented procedure
Ability to perform Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) and document and present the same to critical stakeholders
Organization skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize issues based on Severity and Priority
Work with Agile teams (developers, testers, API teams and other production IT staff) to oversee releases and deployments of defect fixes and enhancements
Experience providing proactive technical solutions to automate routine processes to improve efficiency of business operations
Experience collaborating with Incident Response Team in response to application interruptions and after hour escalations
