Job Description:

Overall, 7+ years of IT experience out of which at least 3 years in supporting Appian BPM solutions.

 Experience with Postman for troubleshooting API related issues.

 Experience working with a ticketing system like Jira or ServiceNow

 Self-starter and good communicator. Builds personal knowledge and gives the leads more insight if and when their attention is needed.

 Ability and willingness to understand, accept, and adhere to Runbook and documented procedure

 Ability to perform Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) and document and present the same to critical stakeholders

 Organization skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize issues based on Severity and Priority

 Work with Agile teams (developers, testers, API teams and other production IT staff) to oversee releases and deployments of defect fixes and enhancements

 Experience providing proactive technical solutions to automate routine processes to improve efficiency of business operations

 Experience collaborating with Incident Response Team in response to application interruptions and after hour escalations
