Met Sean Astin @seanastin at the Edmonton Expo and got to talk to him for a while when he was just supposed to be signing autographs but took the time to talk to me about how he started and how hard it was to get roles until he got his role on Lord of the Rings. Just becasue you are an actor when you were a child doesn't guarantee you for roles. He had to go through 1000 auditions till he got one! He gave me a lot of advice and tips and he gave me an autograph, told me to nail those auditions and drew a little me doing voice acting! He is friends with my voice acting teacher @brendanhunter ? Such an amazing actor and all round guy! You are awesome for taking the time to talk to me Sean!
