Roles & Responsibilities

Understand EPIC / Stories and develop Test cases / test Scenarios.
Ensuring 100% end to end Test coverage of the product feature ensuring the development meets the business needs.
Periodic execution of Performance, Scalability and Regression Tests.

Develop and maintain data sets for validation
Work seamlessly with or within the Scrum team to report defects on features/functions
Focus and drive test automation to reduce repetitive execution
Work with Global technical assistance team and Project operations teams supporting external customer to understand product gaps and proactively work to address gaps
Influence BIQ right from the requirement stage and be an excellent advocate of quality.
Drive process improvement and quality improvement initiatives
Innovate though proof of concept work, point of view deliverables.
Be a champion of Product quality
Common Responsibilities
Work closely across / within scrum teams / security / devops / psr / sre teams to get the intended results
Participate in Sprint planning and release planning.
Define acceptance criteria for performance testing. Continuously learn and improve the PSR testing practices in HCI.
Analyze root causes for SIT/DIT/Customer Defects and provide corrective actions.
Mentor scrum teams and SIT/DIT/Project Ops teams. Collaborate with larger SIT teams to deploy SIT best practices
Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports.

Skills

Graduate or post-graduation in Chemical / Instrumentation Engineering
Minimum 3 of years of work in manufacturing industry such as Refineries, Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas, pulp and paper, Power plant mining etc. in the process operation domain.
Additional 3-5 years of experience working with Asset performance monitoring system, KPI, or any other advance MES application.
Added advantage if candidate has customer facing experience via project or support team.
Added advantage if candidate has experience in Azure.
Added advantage if candidate is aware of CICD process.
Familiar with industrial asset like: Compressor, turbine, Pump, Boiler etc.
Familiar with integration of Advance application with Honeywell EPKS DCS / any other DCS, FDM etc.
Awareness on software testing , SDLC , Scrum and Agile processes is advantage.
Must have skills in setting up Windows Servers, VM configurations etc
Must know how to develop Test cases / Scenario looking at the technical requirements
Must have good understating on non-functional requirements and related tests mainly on System performance and stability testing
Must have good knowledge on agile tools like JIRA / Confluence
Must know about defect life cycle
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Position Summary: This position assists and supports the Bakari Center Program Manager to plan, design, monitor, and implement systemic practices and continuous improvement activities that enhance the effectiveness of program operations. The overall purpose is to create accountability with a focus on monitoring compliance and quality assurance and enhance program outcomes through Evidenced Based Practices and evaluation. The Center is licensed under DCF 52 to provide a Type II residential treatment facility for 24 youth (ages 12-17). Residents include adjudicated youth under Department supervision including youth in the Milwaukee County Accountability Program; Multi-system youth (Delinquency and CHIPS) in transition; Wraparound Milwaukee youth; Youth who are receiving Aftercare upon release from a juvenile correctional facility; and, Other youth as approved by DCSD.

Essential Functions:
1. Assist Residential Care Center Program Manager to ensure quality assurance, continuous improvement, and compliance with contract, regulatory, treatment model, and agency requirements.
2. Daily monitoring of Medication Administration Records.
3. Dispense medications to youth as scheduled in accordance with Bakari Center policies and procedures including accurate documentation.
4. Ensure that the Center’s food service meets the requirements of DCF 52.
5. Conduct electronic and/or paper file audits on staff and youth records.
6. Conduct facility audits to ensure compliance with DCF 52.
7. Develop, implement, and monitor an ordering system for Bakari Center supplies.
8. Develop and support the implementation of the daily activity schedule.
9. Develop template/model for program plans, goals, and policies and procedures in conjunction with Program Manager.
10. Develop training plans for new staff and assist in facilitating training.
11. Monitor fidelity to treatment model and evidence-based practices.
12. Ensure that services reflects the objectives of the treatment model and includes significant attention to youth engagement, positive reinforcement, and use of evidence-based best practices for a high-risk, vulnerable youth population.
13. Assist implementation of outcome measurements and evaluation by obtaining information and feedback from both internal (clients and staff) and external (funding sources and other community agencies) customers.
14. Keep appropriate documentation for all funding sources.
15. Uphold and promote a positive and supportive culture for youth and staff.
