You are responsible for

Understanding and explaining clinical use and relevance of new features to the development team.

Testing and validating features under development to ensure that they work properly and will meet customer needs.

Taking part in internal and external clinical studies.

Supporting the Agile product owner in understanding workflow and details of new features.

Testing all aspects of the product, including functional testing, component testing, system testing, performance testing, regression testing, and service testing.

Setting up test environments, designing test plans, developing scenario/usage cases, and executing the tests.

Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, tracing the results to quality risks.

Providing test expertise to define and drive software test strategies and initiatives at the feature and system level.

Reviewing functional and non-functional requirements, stories, and features for accuracy and testability.

Consulting with scrum teams and other teams on test planning.

Performing manual software testing within the scrum team throughout the entire development cycle to ensure built-in quality.

Supporting the scrum teams with testing, planning, and demo activities.

Documenting test plans, protocols, and reports.

Review design changes for quality impact.

Performing image quality assessment as part of image optimization activities, comparing image quality with other Philips or competitor products.

Educating the development engineering community about clinical and customer expectations for features.
