As a team member of the central JIRA Team, your essential duties & responsibilities will be the following :
Technicallyimplement changes to Jira.
Manage AHA instance toalignwith JIRA processes and defining the scope within the business with the stakeholders.

Manage and administer Jira in a complex multi-faceted environment, to support ourDevSecOpstransformation.
guide the configuration and documentation of client JIRA and Confluence instances
work withinternalcustomers to enable custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports
create and manage complex configuration elements including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
install and configure 3rd party add-ons for Atlassian products toprovideenhanced capabilities
provide assistance to teams on Jira and Confluence usagewithin the organization
