The Responsibilities

Application specialist to manage enterprise software development toolset for automotive software using Atlassian JIRA as the base platform for all aspects including requirement management, design management, project management, software management, test management, traceability and reporting.
Responsible for roll out and support of the Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and associated other toolset.
Meet with business stakeholders to identify project needs and implement them in the toolset for managing end to end software development process.
Perform requirements gathering, create and manage standardize business process workflows, and continuously drive process improvement in the toolset and processes.
System administration, including creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports configurations
Install, manage, and administrate Jira add-ons (testing, report & Design tools), plugins, and extensions.
Building custom workflows including use of conditions, validators, post–functions.
Lead creation of training modules for employees and new hires on the toolset and be the lead trainer to train the regional trainers to the user community.
Establish and execute the best practices in programs.
Create, maintain, and support dashboards.
Resolve issues as they arise with JIRA Projects, Confluence and addons in coordination with JIRA hosting partner team.
Lead JIRA set of tools upgrades (including communications), schedule, coordinate maintenance, and lead performance tuning in conjunction with our JIRA hosting partner.
Interact with existing partners for support / troubleshooting, Working with our JIRA instance hosting provider on necessary upgrades and communications with others on planned outages.
