Key Responsibilities

Work with the business to understand priorities & requirements
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Innovate new ways of managing, sourcing, transforming and validating data
Establish and enforce guidelines to ensure consistency, quality and completeness of data assets
Apply quality assurance best practices to all work products
Analyze, design and code business-related solutions, as well as core architectural changes, using an Agile programming approach resulting in software delivered on time and in budget
Deeply passionate about learning and innovating using the latest and greatest in big data engineering, cloud
Work in globally distributed team and follow agile development practices
Comfortable in learning cutting edge technologies and applications to greenfield projects
Provide support for existing application primarily developed using Java, Oracle
Dependable, results oriented and possess excellent communicational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Mandatory

Requirements

DB, ETL

2+ years of experience in designing and implementing datawarehousing solutions
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or a related field
Sound understanding of various data solution patterns and when to use them: ETL/ELT, RDBMS, Normalization/De-normalization, Key-Value, In-Memory, Wide Column, Columnar, Graph, Text Indexing, Streaming, Messaging
Knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, data modeling and data manipulation skills, such as in SQL, Stored Procedures, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
Business Driven and Test-driven development experience
Familiar with CI/CD and SDLC development tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Git/Stash etc
