Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Must have five (5) years of experience with: performing system monitoring automation using shell and python scripting languages; utilizing command line and shell scripting; performing Windows administration and PowerShell scripting; utilizing SQL and RDBMS and No SQL; utilizing any relational database and SQL in the context of software maintenance; performing system upgrades related to DB including Postgres, MongoDB, DB2, Sybase; conducting batch job processing using a Scheduler mechanism (Autosys); utilizing Linux, including UNIX commands to analyze, maintain, and develop server-side scripts; analyzing OS upgrades and how it impacts application hosted; and performing on-perm network, service, and application monitoring. Must have one (1) year of prior work experience with: working with cloud infrastructure, systems, network design, and cloud migration projects; working with interpreted languages and analyzing compiled languages including Java; utilizing a major source control system including SVN and GIT; performing SDLC tooling utilizing Jenkins or similar CI tools; utilizing Gradle, Maven, SVN, Confluence and Jira; and implementing Scrum and Agile methods and tools.
