Position Description

As a Development Manager, you will lead talented teams building cutting edge, high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will manage mission-critical applications throughout the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. This is a Hybrid role, and will require the candidate to be in office three days per week, while working remote two (2) days per week.

YOU MUST HAVE

6+ years of experience in Java Development
5+ years of Scrum/Agile Product Development Experience
2 + years leading and managing a technical team

WE VALUE

BA/BS degree Computer Science or related field.
Saas development experience with Azure or AWS.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket.
Excellent verbal and written communication / documentation skills.
