Job Description:

Job Summary :
Ability to perform the Quality Check on the respective processes (LOB) with effective sampling methods to check the quality of production and identify areas of improvement.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
1. Knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry.
2. Knowing to read various loan documents.
3. In-depth knowledge of the respective process
4. Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, related techniques, and ability to document
5. Good verbal and written communication skills are required to understand and update comments and communicate with various stake holders.
6. Strong Customer Service Skills and Phone/E-mail Etiquettes.
7. Should have good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation.
8. Should be Detail oriented.
9. Should be able to effectively use a computer.
10. Experience with reporting and analysis
11. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Responsibilities :
1. Identify the minimum quality requirements for respective process
2. Perform quality check and production as per the agreed Quality check parameters requirements
3. Provide constructive feedback to associates
4. Work as an individual contributor with minimum support from Management
5. Be proactive to take new initiative and drive it to completion
6. Track and maintain feedback received from internal and external customers
7. Provide Root Cause analysis on feedback received from Client
8. Identify and recommend actions to minimize errors
9. Utilization of sampling methods, tools and analysis techniques
10. Conducting weekly calls with operations managements
11. Identify process improvements and automations
12. Performing quality audits to identify the gaps of other quality checking process
13. Perform calibrations sessions with Client and operations team as per agreed frequency
14. Work closely with Ops/Delivery team members to meet their Quality targets. When applicable, coach/mentor Ops team members on corrective & preventive action plans to meet and maintain goals/SLAs.
15. Performs otherduties as required by Supervisor / Management
Education Qualifications:
1. HSC Mandatory
2. Any graduation
