Job Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing quality control systems (Incoming, in-process & final quality),Monitoring, analysing quality performance.
Focus on Continual improvement in overall product quality.
Candidate should be well versed with QA systems & procedures.
Having good process knowledge of CNC cutting, Laser , CNC bending ,forming process , shearing , shot blasting , threading and painting
Responsible for Quality Audit
Corrective & Preventive action.
Experience in doing NDT for welding.
Inspecting and testing of raw materials, processes & products.
Can handle customer inspection at plant.
Hands-on experience in documentation of failures & its analysis,
Effectively troubleshoot quality issues at the shop floor level
Able to give training to the QA staff & engineers in his team.
Should be able to troubleshoot concerns of internal customers with respect to QA issues.
Should be responsible for the ISO audit, monitoring the ISO procedures in the company.
Should be able to develop the internal auditors across the departments.
Working knowledge of ASTM,AWS,ASME, API Standards
NDT Certification on PT, UT, MPI, RT
Know-how of ISO: 9000 Quality Management Systems
Experienced in Handling Mechanical Laboratory
Well versed with MS Office

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Diploma
