In this role, you will:
Engage in deploying QlikView/QlikSense in a distributed environment
Coordinate and embed technical standards and help other team members to gain knowledge on Cognos, QlikView and QlikSense development.
Coordinate and support Development, Performance Tuning, Query optimization, Security, Backup, Recovery with other team members
Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to provide support and maintenance for the reporting solutions.
Identify the opportunity for automation and design/build the end to end solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in development of any BI tools like Cognos, QlikView, QlikSense, tableau etc., including min 3 year of Cognos/QlikView/QlikSense Support experience.
Good experience with application management and support processes including use of tools like Geneos, Control-M, Grafana etc.
Strong knowledge on Qlik Data security and section access models
Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing.
Hands on GUI development in Qlik Product (QlikView/QlikSense/NPrinting)
Experience in automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Knowledge of Tableau reporting platform.
Knowledge of cloud concepts and cloud architecture, different types of cloud computing (preferably GCP).
Knowledge of DevOps principles & tools like GitHub/Jenkins, Jira, Confluence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Proficiency in verbal, listening and written English is crucial.
