This position is for Essai Test Solutions, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Advantest America, Inc. located in Fremont, CA, Chandler and Phoenix, AZ.
Perform functional testing of interconnect and thermal tooling products used for semiconductor testing.
Perform visual inspection of products using microscopes and other magnification devices.
Execute mechanical & thermal related experiments, which also include data analysis & reporting.
Write procedures for production level testing.
Analysis of failures during test.
Other duties maybe assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to quickly learn and execute test procedures on electromechanical and thermal assemblies.
Good attention to detail.
Computer skills including Excel, Word and ability to learn customized test software.
Able to independently carry out instructions with little or no supervision.
Proficient with electronic assembly tools, including soldering iron and digital multi-meter.
