Job Description:
DTN is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our engineering team.
We're dedicated to deliver applications that our users can depend on and love to use. There are always new features to be developed, new technologies to try out and new problems to tackle. We're constantly revisiting previous solutions to improve what we already have and learn from past mistakes and pick up new things along the way.

As a QA Engineer at DTN, you will be responsible for creating manual and automated testing processes as part of a team of engineers developing and maintaining product delivery solutions for weather related marketplaces.
Your day to day:

Develop, apply and maintain test strategies, test plans and test scripts
Lead the QA effort on designated projects
Follow established process for defect tracking and reporting, including logging defects in a detailed and reproducible way
Analyze formal test results in order to discover, document and resolve defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws
Ensure that new software meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications are met and implemented successfully
Provide reporting and documentation for all testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging, and tracking
Represent QA on cross-functional project teams
Estimate testing requirements for input into planning efforts
Communicate test estimate, test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management

Required:

Intermediate knowledge of software testing concepts and test design techniques, such as blackbox, greybox, integration, regression, exploratory testing
Proficient knowledge in Agile Testing methodologies in an Agile environment
