Job Description

talech, a U.S. Bank company, is seeking a Release QA Tester who will contribute toward the success of our product and its multiple components. This position will be responsible for the testing of software components before their release to the public. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. Looking for individuals who will speak up to ensure the high quality of the product is maintained and who will think about the experience of our customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring that the product we are delivering to our customer is of the highest quality through testing.
Design, develop, document, improve and deploy new test plans for each component of the product
Help triage and verify issues reported by Customer Service into the product pipeline as bugs so that they can be fixed by the development teams.
Think of ways that our product could be improved for our customers
Interface with Feature QA teams, Product team, and Developers
Generate historical analysis of test results
Use the automated test tools that are created by the QA Engineers

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
two to six years of relevant experience ( prefer at least one)

Desired Skills

Testing Mobile/Tablet Device software
Testing Website
Testing APIs
Proficient in Jira
Some experience with TestRail or equivalent
