Responsibilities:

Review all relevant business requirement documentations to develop SME knowledge of billing functionalities for test scenarios development
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Accounting, Supply Chain, and other business to understand business requirements, translating them into test scenarios
Develop new or update existing test scenario to test for relevant system functionalities and requirements
Work closely with team mates and IT teams during test execution
Analyze test results to identify defects and develop retesting strategies
Communicate defects and other testing issues to management and business teams
Assist in coordinating data requirements for test environment
Assist in other ad hoc projects supporting the financial control test effort

Qualifications:

1-2 years of quality assurance and testing experience
Prior business work experience in system implementations and or upgrades to ensure readiness for production implementation
Functional testing, data migration/conversion, billing system, and or Telecommunication industry experience highly preferred
Capable of working in a cross functional / collaborative environment with the ability to build strong business relationships
Strong problem solving, data analysis and teamwork skills
Flexible, able to handle ambiguity and adapt in a quickly changing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
SQL/Relational Database experience preferred, but not required

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related business area required
At least 18 years of age
