The JIRA Developer will be responsible for understanding the current process, identifying gaps, gathering requirements to develop and deliver customized applications/projects to meet the organizational demands.
Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA, Confluence.
Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports.
Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations.
Design custom JIRA workflow for different issues types to assist in Automation of provisioning, build & deploy servers and applications as well as other continuous integration workflows.
Develop JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA.
Responsible for maintenance, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluenceand integrations with other tools or plugins.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization, gather requirements to develop, and deliver custom templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence etc.)
Jira developer will also provide production support by deploying changes to production and providing level 3 support as needed
