EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High school diploma/GED minimum required; Undergraduate/Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience (years and type of experience): 5 years of Jira Software, Confluence software administration experience and Atlassian product suite, 3 years developing custom solutions using the Atlassian product suite minimum required; 5+ years of Jira Software, Confluence software administration experience and Atlassian product suite, 3+ years developing custom solutions using the Atlassian product suite preferred
Certification(s): None required; None preferred
License(s): None required; None preferred

TECHNICAL, COMPUTER, AND SYSTEM-SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:

Accustomed to operating using Agile, Lean and SAFe principles
Experience with customization of tools such as Jira and Confluence, creating custom workflows, fields, conditions, validators, post-transitions, and other project components in Jira
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary
