What you'll do

Partner directly with product, sales, marketing and analytics to launch go-to-market strategies that drive growth for the business. Specifically, you’ll start by creating and kicking off a perpetual Early Access Program to recruit and properly service JSM clients at higher user tiers to enable our Enterprise Sales motion for JSM
Organize strategic decision-making frameworks (e.g. DACI) to inform business decisions through analysis, research and insights
Create a framework for ROI modeling and value driven proposals at scale
Work with marketing on Total Economic Impact report by providing customer references that defend our ROI model assumptions
Serve as a Cloud platform partner to the JSM Sales & JSM Enablement team to ensure Cloud platform specific knowledge flows to our JSM Sales team
Partner with the JSM sellers to remove cloud migration blockers for deal progression by leveraging cross-functional partners more successfully

Your background

Keen business acumen about GTM strategies and ROI modeling
Understanding of the Service Management space and ITIL principals
8+ years experience in Sales
2+ years experience in Program Management
An understanding of Enterprise Software business models
Excellent verbal & written communications skills with all levels of an organization
