Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

Complete quality management system for the business and driving Quality metrics.

Ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while driving process effectiveness and efficiency.

Compliance to PRD process for all programs executed at site

Ownership on QMS Elements - Design Controls and Production/Process Controls compliance to all requirements

Representing GE Healthcare to external agencies and champions the evolution of the quality culture which includes executing and driving quality objectives, metrics, reporting and operating mechanisms.

Identifying and launching PSRs – High customer impact issues.

Standardizing site level QMS (Quality Management System practices, drive Total Quality metrics for the site / assigned modality, support External/Internal Audits and Regulatory Inspections.

Risk assessment, mitigation on a continual basis and product realization - end to end overview.

Modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Proposing different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems, prioritizing information for data analysis. Using multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering

10 plus years of industry experience in core manufacturing. This role requires advanced experience in the Quality & Healthcare Quality.

Desired Characteristics

Good oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
