Full Job Description
Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance Specialist reviews documentation and practices to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and applicable laws and regulations. The Quality Assurance Specialist assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures and establishing practices that enable the agency to achieve its goals to maintain quality services. The Quality Assurance Specialist works closely with the State of Oregon Developmental Disabilities Licensing Specialist to ensure that any deficiencies in services and documentation are corrected. The Quality Assurance Specialist serves as an advisor to Direct Support Professionals, Lead Support Professionals, and Program Managers in the development of quality supports for supported individuals.
