Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of DevOps engineers spanning build, QA, deploy functions. Help them balance planned work, promotion and release support, development of developer apps, quality assurance, automation and other strategic work
Promote career and skills growth, motivate the team and manage individual performance to build a high performing team
Lead through example and provide DevSecOps thought leadership in areas of CI/CD and continuous testing & certification, site reliability within a Cloud-based microservices and data architecture based on previous industry experience with large scale cloud platforms
Own and evangelize DevSecOps, scalable application development, escalation, and support procedures
Ensure technical growth in teams of DevSecOps and Testing approaches for large-scale cloud offerings.
Manage the methods of deployment (development, testing, UAT, PPE and production) and the processes and tools required to execute those deployments
Partner with the central Honeywell DevSecOps team to optimize Honeywell DevSecOps tooling and deployment methods.
Work closely with cross-disciplined teams of engineers to implement innovative DevSecOps solutions
Oversee day-to-day operations of deployment pipelines, working with teams to optimize and improve quality, delivery lead times and deployment frequency
Contribute to the establishment of appropriate benchmarks for load testing and performance optimization
Guide teams in security principles and practices and enforce, when needed
Act as technical product owner for the team(s) if required
Provide transformational leadership to the team – rather than day to day direction and planning

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of hands-on software development experience or Cloud infrastructure operations within the cloud platform and SaaS domain
3+ years of experience in a lead/management position in DevSecOps, running CICD deployment pipelines and systems in an embedded software environment
3+ years of on hands on experience and proven track record in DevSecOps practices, setting up CICD deployment pipelines and managing deployments
