Day to Day Responsibilities of Project Coordinator:

Handling incoming client queries through queue management activities in Jira
Accountable for analyzing, tracking and communicating updates and resolution to clients in a timely manner and within the management expectations. Ensure and maintain accurate information and categorization
Coordinate and provide appropriate response to clients by interacting with various internal teams: product management, relationship management technology and IT development teams
Coordinate and distribute client notifications with relevant business and management approval to inform of system downtowns, service disruptions or proactive client outreach
Participate proactively in team meetings, identify and suggest process improvement that increases organizational efficiency and maximizes client experience
Identify training needs and facilitate training delivery
Actively engage and improve knowledge database using Teams by writing and/or modifying new knowledge articles
Lead project implementation and testing for new releases impacting clients
Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

MUST HAVES:

Proficient in Excel
Come from an Agile environment
3-5 years of experience (a little less is okay) – BA, Project Coordinator, Workflow Coordinator
Need a fast learner and someone that is driven
Project Management Tracking tool – Anything similar to Jira
