Job Description

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Excellent understanding of Group Operational Risk Framework
Thorough understanding of Helios functionality and concepts of all Helios modules
Maintain and observe HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe non-financial risk framework requirements
SME support and training on need basis to 1st & 2nd LoD communities on functional & technical requirements of Helios via ORBiT tickets
Experience in large data deployments in production systems with no errors
Preparing and updating the ongoing changes in system with details
Creating and updating the users guides on Operational Risk Framework changes
Conducting the Drop-In sessions for Helios end users on various topics
Helios User Access Management by following complex access management matrix and controls
Investigating user queries/issues and finding the best feasible solution
Identifying the bugs and issues in the system and reporting to development team for resolution
