Key Accountabilities

You contribute to the global community strategies and execute plans for the Dead Space remake.
You support the Integrated Comms Lead in representing community strategies and executes to franchise leadership
You collaborate with important Integrated Comms partners such as PR, Influencer and Social teams to ensure unified franchise plans
You partner with Integrated Comms Lead, Brand Leads and Studio / Game Leads on community events, including capture events, streams and other community programming
You set up and maintains a core community council with ongoing meetings between key players, the brand team and studio team to get timely feedback on different aspects of our games and marketing plans

Requirements

3+ years of experience in community management or community development within videogame industry preferred
Good interpersonal communications skills to strengthen overall player engagement and positive sentiment for Dead Space
Grow to be a trusted voice with Dead Space players, and work with Social team to ensure successful player communication through franchise channels.
In conjunction with the social team, monitors community conversation in relevant community (Discord/Reddit) and social channels to highlight sentiment, flag concerns, and ensure we're addressing top player questions
You are experienced in implementing new community content and program development tailored to any given franchise
You are experienced in presenting community plans and incorporate feedback from multiple different teams
You have some experience working with developers to edit, capture, or otherwise help them get their messages out to players at dev blogs, short-form video content, or direct engagement with players on social
Creative written skills and drafting copy in many different formats
Experienced working with Creator Network program to drive community engagement in new and different ways
Experienced using social analytics tools (SpikeTrap), project management tools (JIRA), as well as experience working with Microsoft and Google productivity tools
