Position Title: Test Technician 2

We are looking to build our testing team with hands-on talent who have natural curiosity and enjoy breaking things and putting them back together. The Tech 2's primary role is to ensure timely and accurate execution of testing, as well as the highest quality and integrity of data collection, compiling, and reporting in their assigned areas. Ensure all Safety and Security protocols in your assigned area are followed.
What You Will Do
Test set up/execution
Communicate tool, equipment and process issues appropriately
Monitor test and data to determine failures and non-typical results
Ensure on time execution of results
Enter test data into database or appropriate systems, mainly using Excel
Ensure accuracy of data, process adherence, and test execution
Assist Lead and other team members with set-up and verification of test, equipment and process in support of area assigned
Assist as trained with standard maintenance and calibration of equipment, systems and processes when requested
Communicate data, issues and opportunities related to assigned work center and assist others in doing so appropriately
Provide verbal and written shift report, and summarize observation as required
Ensure accurate entry of defects in database and other appropriate formats/systems
Follow security, safety and testing procedures to ensure operational excellence
Responsible for test issue escalation, first level trouble shooting and implementation of fixes
Escalate any down tooling or repair that is beyond the T2 scope to the Lead or R&M Tech for the area
Drive continuous process improvements for assigned work area
Meet or exceed all performance goals and expectations

Perform intermediate math skills

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to communicate in a direct, specific and non-punishing manner.
