Overall Purpose:
The Quality Specialist supports the Medical Management team under the direction of the Quality Improvement Manager. Through provider and patient engagement, the Quality Specialist assists members in re-aligning with clinic-based care, ensuring members have the health care experience they deserve. This position also assists in data mining as well as planning, implementing, and executing quality improvement projects.
