Your Role:

Supporttheoverallmaintenance,development,andimprovementofQuality Systems forthedepartmentsuchasauditing, training,vendormanagement,equipmentqualification,

changecontrol,anddocumentation controlwhileremainingcompliantwithCorporatepolicies

and initiatives.This includes oversight of the instrument calibration program, response to customer complaints and audit findings, management of CAPA events, support of local process improvement initiatives, participation in customer audits, and training of local employees in updated policies. This position also supports the department validation team with coordinating activities and assisting with associated documentation.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor'sDegreein aChemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other physical science discipline.
1+ year of customer service experience.

OR

Bachelor's Degree any discipline.
3+ yearsof Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience.
1+ year of customer service experience.



Preferred Qualifications:


Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or other Life Science Discipline.
Chemical manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
Awareness of Data Integrity principles.
Data analysis experience.
Communication skills, oral and written.
Microsoft Office experience.
SAP experience.
Troubleshooting skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills.
