Overview

The Quality Assurance and Testing Associate acts as a hands-on technician executing several tasks in relation to the required services within the Service Management environment. The QA & Testing Associate role supports the respective functional testing teams and provides expertise and assistance to ensure effective services are provided by Service Management. The expected function of the role is to provide QA sign-off for production rollout and issues/bugs reporting. The QA & Testing Associate has knowledge of and experience in all relevant tools used in the Service Management environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for system/application testing, feature(s) testing, bug fixes testing, stress testing, performance, and conformance testing

Internal Systems and Market Connectivity, FIX for Direct Market Access conformance testing, and Front-End Trading & Algo platforms testing

The testing function supports early identification and reporting of issues and escalating to respective teams for remediation, work with project managers on introduction and supportability of new services and systems

Produce MIS reports on the overall quality and follow up on resolve issues of poor service quality

Successfully manage relationships across business lines

Your Skills and Experience:

Ability to successfully manage stakeholders’ relationships across business lines

Moderate knowledge of front office trading, sales, products, and business management

Strong verbal and writing communication
