Job Description:
The Test Manager is responsible for the overall End-to-End coordination of all the Agile SQA Teams
• Responsible for the Test Plan reviews for all the Agile SQA Teams
• Responsible for the SQA Sync for consistent communications across the Train
• Responsible for ensuring the GBT and the P & I Testing standards are followed
• Work in collaboration with product team to define requirements, acceptance criteria and scope
• Act as primary contact between QA team/PO/Dev and project team for testing.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of product functionality and accountable for quality deliverable of product
• Ownership of creating GPO Test Plan and review with Product/Business/Ops/Dev
• Lead overall testing efforts to identify testcases, execute tests, create defects, report status.
• Responsible for reviewing E2E testing scenarios with systems participating in E2E testing
• Collaborate with E2E applications for test data setup, validation support, sign offs
• Facilitate and manage testing schedule, defect triages, status calls, status reporting, escalation.
• Responsible for automation test coverage in API , application test and regression tests
• Ensure adherence to MRA2 process and timely completion of relevant documentation
• Perform root cause analysis of escaped defects
• Organize testing with clearing house /partner banks for certification
