JOB DESCRIPTION:

This candidate remediates the clients customers who were harmed from all Lines of Business and is an enterprise wide function. This role is part of the Quality Management team and provides Quality Control functions, including remediation planning, testing, Quality Assurance, and sustainability activities. REQUIRED SKILLS:

Previous Q/A experience
Testing (System Testing/ Test Case Development)
Test Scripts - taking process and building a Q/A review around it
MS Excel
Basic functions (Pivot Tables, Vlook-Ups are nice to have)
MS Outlook & SharePoint
End user experience Nice to have
Indigo experience (QA system of record) PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Remediation experience SOFT SKILLS:
