Job Description:
As a Technical Strategy Coordinator, you will acquire skills for simplifying and solving business or consumer problems creatively. You will be exposed to a cross-functional team that includes Digital Strategy & Analytics Team, Producers, Account Supervisors, Creative teams and Development partners. Over time you will provide our teams a clear understanding of the systems, services and rules used by our tools.

Success for this position is measured by your ability to provide recommendations and on structure, sources, and back-end tools used by Toyota digital properties. You will gain an understanding of how and when to guide digital strategists, experience designers, visual designers, producers. The Jr Technical Strategist will perform these activities under the direction of the Sr. Technical Strategist.

Role & Responsibilities:
Learn how to write Business and Functional requirements along with translating them into epics and user stories
Become familiar with translating requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Participate in the design of Toyota digital properties
Developing and maintaining sitemaps, use cases, usage scenarios, specifications, and other design documents to communicate design ideas
Maintain documentation repository and update regularly
Work with multiple tech vendors to communicate requirements
Other duties as assigned

Candidate Experience Should Include:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in advertising, and web applications and enterprise platforms, brand building, or similar transferable experience
Must be analytical, hardworking, creative, curious and interested in people and ideas
Must be a confident and motivated self-starter
Must have strong presentation skills and be able to develop presentation materials that are clear, concise, and intriguing
Must be able to confidently and clearly articulate and present your POV
Ability to collaborate effectively
