Here are the main bullet points we need for the position of CORIC support. All are not necessarily required; however, we are looking for someone at a more Sr level with a blend of solid broad experience.

Excellent communications skills both within the support team and directly with the business units
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Passionate and highly motivated to acquire knowledge of the latest technologies.
Flexible towards learning new technologies and off-hour support rotation.
Must be proactive and able to take next steps independently and if needed, not intimidated on approaching other team members with "how-to" questions
Proactive in knowledge sharing and documenting processes
Strong SQL knowledge - understanding of data connectivity and movement.
Able to draw from experience and/or issues to build more complex SQL queries used for both troubleshooting and streamlining current and future processes.
Experienced in Incident, Problem Management and Change Control processes.
Level 1 and Level 2 Production support. Enterprise applications for banking and financial services preferred
Monitor data availability from upstream providers and systems as well as downstream systems which are updated from the nightly/daily batch jobs.
Fundamentals of operating systems and networking
Databases –Oracle SQL, MSSQL Server
Tools - JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Jenkins, Toad, Maestro
