Responsibilities:
Performs advanced digital image editing work on product, model, and lifestyle photography for digital and print media use.
C ropping , masking, knocking out backgrounds, extensive cloning , blemish removal, manipulation  of color , product color adjustment and replacement
Meets all established daily department production deadlines , project request deadlines and goals set by the Creative Services Manager . 
Follows and maintains established department processes , product image guidelines , digital asset management (DAM) and automated  asset workflow procedures . 
Troubleshoot s any issues with product images w hen necessary and resolve s – communicates to Creative Services Manager.
Maintains effective communication with Merchandising Operations , Photo Studio Photographers , and Creative Services Manager to ensure images meet product image standards . 

Qualifications:
Certificate from college or technical school (minimum of 2 year of education) 
Minimum of six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office. 
Experience with color correction and grading, knocking out backgrounds, cloning, working with multiple photoshop layers and retouching images. 
Experience working with Photoshop A ctions and using an automated asset workflow system – Experience with Workhorse a plus.
Experience working with a DAM (digital asset manager) – Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) a plus.
Experience working with Project Management software – Experience with Jira a plus.
Interest in photography, video editing or motion graphics a plus.  
Organized, methodical, and detail oriented .  
High level of initiative and problem-solving skills.  
Ability to work well in fast-paced environment. 
Ability to partner well with cross-functional department team members.  
Excels independently and in team setting.  
Strong work ethic, results-oriented, and proactive.
