WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a Service Delivery Analyst who will manage intake for security requests, scan@source requests, and security risks, provide support for gathering metrics and compiling reports, security risk remediation and risk process support, and create and maintain team processes. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your attention to detail and organizational abilities. You should also possess solid interpersonal skills and exemplify excellence in customer service.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON:
Triage initial security requests received by our key partners or by Corporate Information Security teams to determine the appropriate assignment or referral. Using ASC tracking tools, you will assist resources in creating and maintaining tickets for each security request. You will respond to inquiries or questions submitted to our email inbox or our message board. In addition, you will be responsible for facilitating weekly stand-ups with consultants to assist with questions or blockers
Creating and maintaining team processes. In this role, you will track team process gaps, gather information needed to address the gaps, and then initiate a new process or apply improvements to existing processes
Gather data using ASC tools for various reports for ASC, CIS, and Global Technology leadership, enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency of gathering and tracking of data needed for metrics. Using PowerPoint, you will create or maintain reports for leadership presentations
Conduct initial evaluations of ASC security inquiries to figure out the treatment level needed for each potential request.

WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study, or any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education and training
The ability to assess risk and translate it to business relevant considerations and facts
The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
Knowledge of gathering data for metrics and reporting
Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving ability
Superior communication, ability to explain complex concepts in plain language and graphics
Ability to balance and prioritize work
Must be trustworthy in keeping critical data confidential
Expert in MS Office – PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools
Continually update relevant security skills
