Responsibilities:
Supporting delivery of projects - both internal and to external clients
Researching, learning and disseminating knowledge to the team of new software & technologies Writing technical documentation such as documenting processes and user guides for integrated tools and scripts
Participating in team stand up and client meetings
Reporting activity progress to the team, Project Manager, clients and stakeholders
Support for other technical and functional activities
Ensure all work is tested thoroughly so that it is error-free and deliver the business logic expected
Problem-solving skill / Root cause analysis
Mentoring & knowledge sharing towards the team
Other relevant duties may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum of 3+ years working experience in related field Excellent in verbal and written communications
Excellent in problem-solving
Ability to communicate at all business levels
Ability to liaise with clients remotely as well as on-site
Willingness to continuously study for and attain new industry-related qualifications
