Perform advanced quality reviews of high-risk data analysis activities including complex regulatory and legal data requests, supporting data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company
Perform Data Testing on Source Document to System of Origin to determine if the data created persisted in the System of Origin accurately across Enterprise data domains
Perform Transformation Data Testing to determine if the transformation logic was designed appropriately and if it is working effectively as designed across Enterprise data domains
Perform Control Testing to determine if the control(s) created mitigate the identified data risk(s) and if it is working effectively as designed across Enterprise data domains
Support the implementation of an Independent Controls Testing function to confirm the effectiveness of controls
Required Qualifications, India:
Graduate/Post Graduate in quantitative fields such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis.
Over 7 years in relevant experience in Analytical Roles.
Hands on experience in using analytics tools such as SAS & SQL
Strong experience with data integration, database structures and data warehouses.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment - Soft Skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets
Ability to develop and manage business relationships
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Ability to manage complex data collection and analysis activities including conducting extensive source-to-target mapping exercises
Experience documenting and reporting test results
Experience communicating testing results across an organization
Ability to play leadership role in large and complex analytical projects
Experience using business knowledge and critical thinking
