This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
8+ years project/program management and business analysis experience
Solid JIRA and Confluence experience is required
Agile Scrum certification highly preferred
Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization
Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels
Understanding of Agile frameworks values and principles
Ability to track and execute scheduled delivery across multiple products
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail; capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to drive decision making
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership and accountability
Effective interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility / adaptability to changeable directives.

Qualifications:
Prior experience as Program/Project Manager, Agility Lead, Scrum Master or Agile Coach in Financial Services organization
Ability and confidence to coach and mentor teams (varying levels) on agile ways of working
Ability to collaborate with and influence product leadership on Agility practices
Ability to flex approach based on the needs of the team/organization / \"Be Agile\"
Expert level understanding of Agility frameworks - LeSS (Large Scale Scrum), Scrum and/or Kanban, Ability to facilitate sessions that are centered around these foundations
Ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve team(s)
Possess high emotional intelligence - self-awareness, empathy for others, social skills and motivates others
5+ years of experience using Atlassian tools - JIRA and Confluence
