Experience in implementing FedRamp or a similar Government Agency c ertification/r egulation (ie NIST, DOD IL5)
Proven experience defining, developing, & delivering enterprise SaaS products.
Consistent track record of influencing across the org; continually searching for effective solutions.
Experience crafting product roadmaps and authoring epics and user stories, with emphasis on the customer experience.
Ability to work collaborativel y with engineering teams. Engineers LOVE to work with you!
Strong experience with agile methodologies and eagerness to roll up sleeves to evolve processes as business needs evolve.
Consistent track record to maintain alignment between partners across many time zones.
Customer success, customer support, learning, partner, and/or digital customer experience domain expertise preferred.
Experience with design-thinkin g concepts a strong bonus.
