Job Description:

You will be part of the overall Project Management and Execution (PME) team having the following responsibilities -

Configure, manage, and enhance Jira and Confluence tools, including native functionality as well as researching, testing, and implementing plugins.
Responsible for understanding the current process, gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, analyzing impact, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions.
Develop metrics and filters in Jira/Confluence/Portfolio and other tools to provide meaningful operational metrics
Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports. Also, create and maintain scripts.
Create custom workflows, post functions, and validators, make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.
Manage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teams
Support the Program Increment (PI) Planning exercise in terms of the pre and post planning and reporting activities
Provide JIRA subject matter expertise in discussions regarding governance within JIRA
Troubleshoot access and/or performance issues
Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities.
Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support
Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides
