Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in technical field, such as computer science, engineering or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of total work experience in a combination of technology development, product management, business analysis or strategy
Knowledge and working experience in cloud and data technologies: GIT, SQL, Spark, Druid, Hive, Hadoop, Teradata, and BigQuery,
Capable of managing numerous stakeholders, anticipating their needs, and gaining alignment for strategies from executive level stakeholders
Strong communication skills (oral, verbal and listening) as well as the ability to influence key decision makers and understand their points of view
Strong leadership, negotiation and execution skills with the ability to drive results, deliver and excel, and own it when you don’t
Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment and work well with ambiguity
Comfortable presenting to and persuading at Vice Presidential and Senior Vice-Presidential levels
Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment
Understands, describes and navigates existing work and makes recommendations with a clear sense of organizational impact
Additional Qualification
Experience in practicing agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban
· Proficiency in using tools such as Jira Board, Confluence, Roadmap Tools
· Preferred: Technical experience in Data Analytics domain
· Preferred: Product Management Certification, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
