Qualifications:
Cisco switched/routers - 5+ years
Troubleshooting and recovering computer networks and systems outages - 5+ years
Knowledge of network administration (including security) - 5+ years
Installation, configuration, and administration of network - 5+ years
Monitoring and optimizing network performance - 5+ years
Creating and/or tuning Firewall changes (Palo Alto) - 5+ years
Reviewing and assessing the impact of network design changes prior to their implementation - 5+ years
Installing and configuring computer networks and systems - 5+ years
Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete -5+ years
Provide network administration and support - 5+ years
Responsibilities:
Participate in troubleshooting and recovering network related issues
Monitor tickets and requisitions and ensure work is performed on time and accurately
Responsible for network recovery methodologies and implementation
Administer network security to meet Client standards
Monitor and optimize network performance
Create and/or tune Firewall rules
Review and assess the impact of network design changes prior to their implementation
Provide technical expertise in the design and development of complex network activity
May provide technical leadership for other network administrators
Participate in the on-call/after hour support rotation for Client Network Platforms
Perform off hour network changes as required
