Location:- Remote Type:- Contract Who are we looking for:- 12+ years of total IT Experience Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Scrum.inc Registered Scrum Master (RSM) certification. ACP will be considered. Critical skills: Proficiency with Jira o Ability to facilitate scrum events and meetings Recognize and act to resolve team conflict Negotiation and impediment removal Forecasting, estimation & planning o Coaching in Agile practices (to include enforcing the team rules) Servant leadership & agile mindset Valuable secondary skills and experience (helpful, but not required) Experience leading two Agile scrum teams simultaneously o Agile at scale (preferably Scrum@Scale) o At least 2 years of dedicated experience as a full-time scrum master leading an Agile Scrum Team o Experience starting a new scrum team o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent o Demonstrated experience in software delivery
